Here are the final 2 looks from 2NE1's song 'I Love You'~ this is Minzy & CL's inspired makeup looks, so, if you would like to first know how to create Minzy's makeup like this:

First apply a toner, moisturiser and a primer to your face to prep it for foundation or BB cream.
After that fill in your eyebrows and apply a primer to your eyelids.
On a blending/fluffy brush use a matte light brown eye shadow on the inner part of your eye and blend into your crease.
Apply a white/cream matte eye shadow to the rest of your lids.
Use a gel liner of your choice and begin to line your eyes. Start with a thin line on the top lash line and then create a straight line from the corner of your eye going up so you'll have a wing shape when you fill it in
Begin to connect the line to the lash line and gradually make your winged line really thick. You want it to be straight across the eyelid and then become thin as you bring it to the inner corner.
What ever is left on the brush, apply this to the outer corners of your lower lash line. Then, take a black with silver flecks of glitter in or a black with red flecks of glitter eye shadow and pat this over the eyeliner on the bottom lash line.
For the inner corners, mix a shimmery white and a shimmery light blue eye shadow and apply this on the lower part of the inner corner of your eye.
Apply a concealer to where ever you need more coverage.
Use a highlighter to highlight the high points of your face - forehead, nose, cheeks, cupids bow and chin.
Apply powder where you need it and use a lip balm on your lips to prep them for lipstick.
Apply mascara on your top lashes heavily, and mascara lightly on your lower lashes, then use a light pink shimmery blush very lightly on your cheeks.
For lips, use a matte peach/nude lipstick as a base and apply a light pink lipstick on top for a pop of colour. For the "just bitten" lip look, apply a darker/brighter orange and a red very lightly in the centre of your lips and blend out well. After that, top it off with a nude lip gloss.

(all i'm doing for this look is enhancing Minzy's makeup look, so it all applies the same for eyeliner and mascara etc)
Apply a white/nude eye liner on your waterline to open them up a bit and apply a pair of false eyelashes.
For an inner corner highlight, use a shimmery white/pearl eyeshadow.
To make the inner corners pop even more, use 2 silver crystals on each eye. If you don't have crystals, you can skip this step, or use a silver liquid eyeliner to brighten up your eyes.
Apply more highlighter to your face. You want your cheekbones to shine and give the illusion of a slimmer nose.
For lips apply a peach/nude lipstick and top it off with peach/nude lip gloss.
