Halloween looks: Doll makeup

Hello everyone~
I have my second Halloween look for you! It's a cute and innocent doll and creepy rag-doll combined look. For this, I wanted large eyes and a flawless complexion, because dolls are flawless and they have large round eyes and so I tried my best to re-create this. So, if you'd like to know how to get these looks:

Please keep on reading~

Before I applied anything to my face, I put in my grey contacts to make my eyes look massive - this is optional!

Apply a primer to your skin to make sure your makeup stays on all night, then apply your foundation/BB Cream. After that, fill in your brows and apply a primer to your eyelids to prevent your eye shadows from creasing.

Apply a sparkly peach eye shadow/pigment all over your lids, then use a light-medium matte brown eye shadow (1,2) in your crease, making sure you keep a rounded shape.

With the same matte brown eye shadow, create a new outer corner. Bring the eye shadow down out of your crease and then connect it to your lower lash line.

Apply concealer anywhere that needs extra coverage.

For an inner corner highlight, use a shimmery eye shadow and put this in the inner corners of your eyes and slightly underneath your lower lash line.

Set your face with a powder, then apply a white eyeliner to your water line. Slightly bring this down onto you lash line to make your eyes look bigger.

With a black eyeliner of your choice, line your eyes and wing it out dramatically - try not to go out of your new eye shape that you created with the brown eye shadow.

Apply mascara to your top lashes, and on the ends of your bottom lashes, then apply a pair of fluttery false eyelashes - if you have lower lashes, go ahead and apply them!

Apply a bright pink blush to the apples of your cheeks.

For the lips, blank them out with your concealer (make sure you've moisturised them before hand!) and then make your lips smaller with the help of a bright pink lipstick.

And that's it for the cute doll look!

Now for the creepy doll look~
With your eyeliner, make 3 little lines on the outer corner of your eye. These are our spider-like eyelashes.

Apply some spidery lashes on top of your long fluttery lashes.

For the lips, apply the same pink lipstick as before, but this time apply it all over.

To create stitch marks on your face, use your eyeliner again and place them randomly on your face. Start with the mouth - draw a line coming out of the corners of your mouth, then add X's and lines.

And that's it!

I hope you like this doll look! I had a lot of fun doing it~
Thanks for reading this post! I'll continue to do different Halloween looks so stay tuned for those~

Halloween look: Angels

Hello everyone~
It's nearing Halloween, which means makeup looks! YAY! Oh I am so excited~ I can finally go crazy with makeup and get away with it~!
The first tutorial I have for you was requested by a friend, and she asked me if I could do a good and bad angel sorta thing, so I did my best and this is what I came up with:

If you'd like to know how to get this look, then please keep on reading~

I applied a toner and moisturiser to my skin beforehand.
Apply a primer to your face - this will make sure that your makeup stays on all day/all night, then apply a light foundation/BB Cream and conceal any areas that need more coverage with a concealer.

Fill in your brows with a light colour (1), we don't want to make them really drawn in, we want them to be nice and soft. Once you've done that, apply a base/primer to your eyelids to prevent your eye shadows from creasing.

Apply a light pink eye shadow (2) all over your lids - don't worry if it's not too neat, we'll be blending it out later. You also want to apply this eye shadow under your eyes too.

Apply a sparkly/glittery white eye shadow (3) to the inner corners of your eyes - we want our eyes to appear big and bright.

Apply a matte off-white eye shadow (4) to your brow bone and use a dusty pink eye shadow (5) in your crease to blend out the pink eye shadow on your lid. Don't worry if the pink starts to disappear, just re-apply it!

Use a highlighter of your choice to highlight your face. You want to apply this on your forehead, cheek bones, nose bridge, cupids bow and chin - basically, the high points of your face.

Set your makeup in place (avoiding the areas we highlighted) with a powder and use a lip balm to prep your lips for lipstick.

Apply a white eyeliner to your waterline to open up your eyes even more, then use a black eyeliner of your choice, line as close to your lashes as you can, then apply mascara on your top lashes only.

Apply a bright pink blusher to your cheeks - start from the back of your cheeks, by your hair line, and blend in. Apply a bronzer to contour your face a bit.

Apply some long and fluttery fake eyelashes and a glossy pink lipstick.

And that's the good angle look complete!

Now for the bad angle look:

In your crease, apply a light grey (1) and dark grey (2) eye shadow, blending this out well, and then use a black (3) eye shadow to bring the colour onto the lid and blend into our lash line. Apply the grey eye shadow under your lower lashes, but only half way.

Apply a black eyeliner on your waterline, but only lining half way, then apply plenty of mascara to your top and bottom lashes. Using an eyeliner of your choice, line your eyes and create a long wing at the corners. After that, fill in your brows with a darker shade.

Apply a set of false eyelashes for more impact, and once you've done that, apply a matte peach blush to your cheeks, and contour your face with a bronzer.

For this look, I will show you 3 choices in lipsticks, the first is a nude matte lip. Firstly, blank out your lips a bit with some concealer - make sure your lips are moisturised and aren't dry or chapped!

The second is simply applying a lip gloss on top of the matte lipstick.

Or, if you're feeling very daring and in the mood, you can wear a dark red lipstick which is my personal favourite because it's very suitable for Halloween, specially with these eyes.

And that's it!

I hope you like this look! Of course, if you have your angel outfit together it's going to look a lot better! I had a lot of fun with this look~ it's very wearable for everyday too, and of course you can change the look to suit you!
